About the Classes
The classes allow the student to experience the benefits of yoga in a caring community of friends. Students can expect to find greater strength, flexibility and ease in their bodies and experience the healing benefits of deep relaxation.
GENTLE YOGA (INCLUDES GENTLE SOMATIC YOGA) – Classes are at 1 pm on Thursdays EFFECTIVE 11/4/19 CLASS TIME WILL CHANGE TO 10 AM
Experience all the benefits of traditional yoga postures in a slower, gentler class. This class incorporates Gentle Somatic Yoga where we explore new ways of movement that will unlock old patterns of stress and pain in your body. Students are invited to explore poses in a manner that best benefit their body and variations can be done with yoga props and chairs. All ages and abilities are welcome.
While this class is a gentler class there is more focus on imparting knowledge to the students so they can understand specific challenges they may face and learn ways that yoga can help them.

YOGA FOR STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY AND STRESS RELEASE
Come and experience how yoga can help facilitate greater strength, more flexibility and relaxation. Each class will include guided deep relaxation.
Class sizes are small which allows for time to help each student explore yoga poses that are adapted to their ability.
Tuesday mornings @ 10 am
Tuesday evenings @ 6 pm
EFFECTIVE IN NOVEMBER YOU CAN ALSO EXPERIENCE GENTLE SOMATIC YOGA ON WEDNESDAY MORNINGS AT 11 AM WITH CHERYL AT SOUTHERN BLISS YOGA IN SUMTER, SC.

CLASS PASSES ARE GOOD FOR 3 MONTHS. CHERYL WILL SIGN YOU IN TO EACH CLASS YOU ATTEND.
PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS – 1 hour session
1 HOUR SESSION $70
5 SESSION PACKAGE $250 (must be paid at registration)

- Yoga props are provided but students should plan to bring a yoga mat
- Please wear comfortable non binding clothes that can stretch.
- Yoga is done in bare feet to keep from slipping
