About the Classes
YOGA FOR STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY AND STRESS RELEASE – CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ON ZOOM – CONTACT CHERYL TO PARTICIPATE
Come and experience how yoga can help facilitate greater strength, more flexibility and relaxation. Each class will include guided deep relaxation.
Class sizes are small which allows for time to help each student explore yoga poses that are adapted to their ability.
Tuesday mornings @ 10 am via zoom
EFFECTIVE IN NOVEMBER YOU CAN ALSO EXPERIENCE GENTLE SOMATIC YOGA ON SATURDAY MORNINGS AT 9 AM WITH CHERYL AT SOUTHERN BLISS YOGA IN SUMTER, SC.

$15 – SINGLE CLASS
$45 – 4 CLASS PASS
$75 – 8 CLASS PASS
$145 – 16 CLASS PASS
CLASS PASSES ARE GOOD FOR 3 MONTHS. CHERYL WILL SIGN YOU IN TO EACH CLASS YOU ATTEND.
PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS – 1 hour session
1 HOUR SESSION $70
5 SESSION PACKAGE $250 (must be paid at registration)

- Yoga props are provided but students should plan to bring a yoga mat
- Please wear comfortable non binding clothes that can stretch.
- Yoga is done in bare feet to keep from slipping
